Families are forever!

This was a beautiful fall day with beautiful fall colors at the Shrine of St. Anthony's in Ellicott City Maryland. The colors were enhanced by a gorgeous sky that illuminated the trees so vibrantly that it felt like we were walking through a scene from an enchanting painting.

I had multiple locations and poses all set for the perfect family session. Now we all know that you have to just go with the flow when photographing young children. In order to capture each and everyone's personalities naturally, the day was full of running around, laughing, playing, and singing songs. The best way to get children to enjoy the session and have fun naturally is to play with them. So that's exactly what I did and always do for every session. The lush grounds of the shrine provided us with a great opportunity to run and play and just be ourselves. There was nobody else around which was nice. It's rare to go to a public place and be the only ones there enjoying the beautiful grounds. This amazing family was so much fun to photograph. They are all absolutely beautiful and a joy to work with.
